To cancel prior to your next charge please send an email 3 Business days prior to the 3rd of the month between the hours of 9 AM to 4:30 PM CT.

IMPORTANT: A cancellation email that is sent during a weekend of a charge date (where the charge date falls on a Monday [the 3rd]) will not be canceled until the following month.
