Return Policy & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is proven to be defective, which must be proven by the customer via video or photograph. If you receive a defective item, please contact us no later than thirty days from your receipt of the defective item, at MemberSupport@alphaoutpost.com with details of the product, the defect, photos, and any other necessary information. We will make best efforts to determine a workable solution.

 

Upon receipt of the returned product, if necessary, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will at our election replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

 

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

 

RISK OF LOSS

Any merchandise purchased from our Site will be shipped by a third party carrier. Therefore, all risk of loss and title for the merchandise is passed on to you as soon as we deliver the merchandise to a third party carrier of our choosing. Any and all missing or damaged goods must be reported within 30 days of shipping in order to qualify for a replacement, always subject to product availability. Any and all replacements and refunds will be at the discretion of our customer service department.

 

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We offer tracked delivery to all domestic states in the U.S. We do not ship to any countries outside the United States of America unless it is an FPO/APO address.

PRE-PAID SUBSCRIPTION TERMS OF SERVICE

By clicking "Complete Order" with the inclusion of a PRE-PAID Subscription in your cart, you hereby (i) accept and agree to be bound by the following terms; (ii) agree to purchase a PRE-PAID Subscription to receive a total of the PRE-PAID amount chosen by you (3 Month, 6 Month, Annual.) Alpha Outpost Boxes will be shipped to you each month over the PRE-PAID Subscription period); (iii) authorize Alpha Outpost to charge the card you provide today with an initial pre-payment of a $499  Annual, $150  3-Month, or a $259.95  6-Month, shipping, and handling is included for PRE-PAID Subscriptions; (iv) authorize Alpha Outpost, at the end of the PRE-PAID Subscription period to automatically enroll you in a recurring monthly subscription plan to receive one (1) Alpha Outpost Box each month thereafter, and, upon automatic enrollment in the recurring monthly subscription plan, you authorize Alpha Outpost to charge the card you provide today with a recurring monthly subscription fee at the then-current monthly subscription fee rate (monthly subscription fees are subject to change in Alpha Outpost’s sole and absolute discretion); and (v) you accept responsibility for the initial PRE-PAID Subscription fee and all future recurring monthly subscription charges, including a monthly shipping and handling fee applied to shipments included in the recurring monthly subscription plan. Recurring charges for the monthly subscription plan will be charged to the card you provide today, every month. (vi) If you cancel your PRE-PAID Subscription prior to the terms listed, you will be charged a $34.95 cancellation fee.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE FOREGOING TERMS, DO NOT CLICK THE “COMPLETE ORDER” BUTTON. Any applicable discount will be reflected at the time of checkout. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TERMS OF SERVICE

By clicking "Complete Order" with the inclusion of a Monthly Subscription in your cart, you hereby (i) accept and agree to be bound by the following terms; (ii) agree to purchase a recurring Monthly Subscription of your choice ($5 First Monthly Box, $1 Start Monthly Box, $.01 Club Member Box, Grunt Style $17.76 Exclusive! etc...) to receive one (1) Alpha Outpost Box each month; (iii) authorize Alpha Outpost to charge the card you provide today with an initial amount of $5.00, $1, $.01, $17.76 plus Shipping and Handling for each Subscription, for your initial box and recurring Monthly Subscription fee of $39.95 or the then-current Monthly Subscription fees (Monthly Subscription fees are subject to change in Alpha Outpost’s sole and absolute discretion); and (iv) accept responsibility for all recurring charges, including a monthly shipping and handling fee. Each order shipped to you will be charged to the card you provide today, every month. (v) If you cancel your $5 First Monthly Box, $1 Start Monthly Box, $.01 Club Member Box, Grunt Style $17.76 Exclusive!, or any Promotional Subscription prior to the 3rd charge, you will be charged a $34.95 cancellation fee. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE FOREGOING TERMS, DO NOT CLICK THE “CHECK OUT” BUTTON. Any applicable discount will be reflected at the time of checkout. All Subscriptions are Recurring until canceled.

Cancellation Policy

 To cancel your Membership, please contact us at MemberSupport@alphaoutpost.com, Subject Email: Cancel Membership

To cancel prior to your next charge please send an email 3 Business days prior to the 3rd of the month.

IMPORTANT: A cancellation email that is sent during a weekend of a charge date (where the charge date falls on a Monday [the 3rd]) will not be canceled until the following month.

MINORS POLICY

Alpha Outpost’s Terms of Conditions require all account owners to be at least 18 years of age. Individuals under the age of 18 are considered minors on Alpha Outpost. Minors under age 13 are not allowed on Alpha Outpost.

Minors under 18 and at least 13 years of age are permitted to use Alpha Outpost's services only if they have the appropriate permission and direct supervision of their parent or legal guardian who is the owner of the account.

You are responsible for any and all account activity conducted by a minor on your account.

The following restrictions are in place for legal reasons, not because we think kids or teens are any less creative or capable.

Accounts on Alpha Outpost

All minors over 13, must follow these policies on Alpha Outpost:

• Minors may not make purchases unless they have appropriate permission and are under the direct supervision of their parent or legal guardian who owns the account.
• All financial information on the account, such as a credit card or PayPal account, must be that of the parent or legal guardian.
