It typically takes 2-3 days after the day it ships between the 21st and the 28th of each month. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated once you receive your shipping notification.
For our overseas military, it make take a few days longer to ship to you. Hang tight, we got you!
Every month we come up with a new theme of gear or equipment that will provide you with a new layer of badassery to your complex personality. Whether its the basic survival gear every guy should have in his car to the refined essentials the modern gentlemen has on his person or in his pockets we’ve got you covered.
Each month the gear will be valued at over 3 times this cost you are paying with most months being valued over $145 dollars.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards.
We cannot accept cash, checks, money orders, or cards with international billing addresses.
If you signed up for the 3, 6, or 12 month deal you will need to cancel within the first month.
If you chose to cancel your order, the cancellation will begin the FOLLOWING month. This means there is no automatic refund when you cancel. For example: you ordered January 12th for a Month to Month subscription and on January 13th you change your mind and cancel your order. Your account has been billed so you will receive a January’s Issue and your cancellation will begin February 1st. If you do not want that month’s issue and want a refund, it must be requested BEFORE the 21st of that month and you must contact us via email at [email protected] or give us a call at 844-318-1440 ONLY.
For your guaranteed satisfaction in processing these requests, cancellations and refunds will not be issued via Facebook messages and/or comments.
It’s past the set arrival date and you’re still waiting for your glorious new gear. Don’t fret, we’ve got you covered.
First and foremost, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience. We know you are waiting on the tools needed to save that hottie lost in the woods. We know you can’t wait to make that panty dropping cocktail. Before you turn into the Hulk, check the status of your package using the tracking number provided. If you’re not tracking, go ahead and contact our outstanding customer service team and they will assist you.
We here at Alpha Outpost are committed to get you the products you need every month. We want to make sure no matter what the situation, you come out on top. Our goal is to make sure you have your box in hand by the 1st of the month. We want you to go out and make the world your bitch. In order to make this happen our staff of highly skilled, overly motivated, exceedingly good looking shipping staff will be sending out your box between the 21st and 28th of every month. We will be sending you a notification that the box has left our facility and is on its way. You can expect the box to arrive no later than 2-3 days after the notification date.
We currently ship our boxes within the U.S. and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Just know that it might take a little longer to reach you if you are overseas military.
We are proud Americans and want to make sure all of our brothers serving overseas get their box of manly gear essentials. Nothing is more manly than using some Alpha Outpost gear to kick some terrorist ass. AMERICA!
All reoccurring payments are processed on the 4th of the month.
It’s as secure as Fort Knox. We use a validated level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider. What does that mean? It means we respect you and take your security very seriously. We also state in our privacy policy that we will never disclose your personal identity or information with anyone.
Log in and change it! It’s really that simple. You were smart enough to sign up for the greatest subscription box of all time. We’re sure your smart enough to change your address or credit card information. If you do change your shipping address during the processing stage of your order you will need to contact customer service immediately. We don’t want your box sent to the wrong address just to have some fist pumping frat boy stealing your gear trying to be Bear Grylls. Not cool.
