-1 cup of cream cheese
-1 cup of shredded colby jack cheese
-1 TBS of JV Smoking Good Rub (another will do if you don't like freedom)
-2 shots of whiskey (for you)
Burger Mix Continued
-1lbs of ground Hot Sausage
-1lbs 80/20 Ground Beef
-Place on direct heat
-2 minute, then quarter turn
-2 more minutes then flip
-2 more minutes then quarter turn
-2 more minutes then indirect to temperature
DO NOT TOUCH FOR 3-5 MINUTES
