HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT METHOD?

Sure you can! We understand things happen. If you need to skip a month just send us an email at customerservice@alphaoutpost.com or give us a call at 1-630-352-4898 M-F 9-5 CST and we can get that taken care of for you!
HOW AND WHEN DO I NEED TO UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
All address updates need to be done before the 1st of the month. If the address on file is incorrect, You will be charged for the shipping cost of reshipment. To update your shipping address, log into your account or give us a call at 1-630-352-4898!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOX?
Your 1st box ships within 1-2 business days after signing up! All other boxes will ship the week of 4th of every month. If the 4th falls on a weekend or holiday, your box will be shipped the following Monday.
WHAT’S IN THE BOX?
Each month is centered around a different theme. Each theme asks a question and the box solves it with the tools and training. We won’t release the individual items in each theme – we like to keep the mystery! If you’re a man (or woman) who likes to be ready for anything, you’ll like Alpha Outpost.
WHAT KIND OF AWESOME GEAR CAN I EXPECT?
Every month we come up with a new theme of gear or equipment that will provide you with a new layer of badassery to your complex personality. Whether it’s the basic survival gear every guy should have in his car to the refined essentials the modern gentlemen have on his person or in his pockets, we’ve got you covered.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit, debit cards and Paypal. We cannot accept cash, checks, money orders, or cards with international billing addresses.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately, because we purchase our products based on paid subscribers, we cannot give refunds. You can, of course, cancel, whenever you like (ETF may apply), but if you cancel on or after the 3rd of the month, then you will receive one more Alpha Outpost box. If you pay for a subscription and then decide to cancel before you have received your first shipment, you will still receive the one you paid for, and no more will be shipped after that. As a subscription service based on monthly mystery boxes, we can't always please everyone. With that in mind, we do not offer returns, refunds or credits for disliking of subscription contents.
If you have an annual subscription and choose to cancel your subscription early, you will be refunded up to 80% of the value for items that have been paid for but have not been shipped.
AN ITEM BROKE OR IS MISSING. CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?
We here at Alpha Outpost are committed to providing you with the products you need every month. We want to make sure no matter what the situation, you come out on top. We want you to go out and make the world your bitch. In order to make this happen our staff of highly skilled, overly motivated, exceedingly good-looking shipping staff will be sending out your box and an email notification that the box has left our facility and is on its way. Any broken or missing items will be replaced at no cost to you if you notify us within 14 days of receiving the box. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR TO OVERSEAS MILITARY ADDRESSES?
We currently ship our boxes within the U.S. and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Just know that it might take a little longer to reach you if you are overseas military.
We are proud Americans and want to make sure all of our brothers serving overseas get their box of manly gear essentials. Nothing is more manly than using some Alpha Outpost gear to kick some terrorist ass. AMERICA.
We will make it known when we do start shipping to additional countries.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
All recurring payments for the Monthly plan are processed on the 3rd of every month. Annual plan members will be charged $499 at the time of sign-up. All subscriptions are auto-recurring until you cancel.
IS YOUR BILLING SYSTEM SECURE?
It’s as secure as Fort Knox. We use a validated level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider. What does that mean? It means we respect you and take your security very seriously. We also state in our privacy policy that we will never disclose your personal identity or information with anyone.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel at any time by contacting customer service at 1-630-352-4898. If you signed up for the $5 first box promotion, there is an early termination fee of $34.95 for each subscription if you cancel before your 3rd month.
CAN I PURCHASE PREVIOUS ALPHA OUTPOST BOXES?
We want you to be Alpha. How the hell would you do that without all of our marvelous manly gear? Lucky for you, we are able to help! We list all available past boxes and gear so you are able to be prepared for any scenario!
