WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOX?

The Initial Issue 1 (your first month) ships within 1-2 business days after signing up!  All other Initial Issue Boxes and Boxes of the Month ship on the second Thursday of each month.

We ship through UPS Surepost.  Once your box ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your individual tracking information.  Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update on the UPS web page.

 

WHAT’S IN THE BOX?

Each month is centered around a different theme. Each theme asks a question and the box solves it with the tools and training. We won’t release the individual items in each theme – we like to keep the mystery! If you’re a man (or woman) who likes to be ready for anything, you’ll like Alpha Outpost.

If you’ve just signed up, your first three boxes are pre-selected and will be the EDC (first month), an upgraded Gentleman (second month), and then an upgraded Medic (third month). Once you reach the Box of the Month, you’ll receive the regular monthly theme!

WHAT KIND OF AWESOME GEAR CAN I EXPECT?

Every month we come up with a new theme of gear or equipment that will provide you with a new layer of badassery to your complex personality. Whether it’s the basic survival gear every guy should have in his car to the refined essentials the modern gentlemen has on his person or in his pockets, we’ve got you covered.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit, debit cards and Paypal. We cannot accept cash, checks, money orders, or cards with international billing addresses.

 

I’M TRAVELING.  HOW DO I PUT MY ACCOUNT ON HOLD?

We know you lead busy lives, and well frankly, shit happens.  If you will not be available to receive an upcoming shipment, send us an email at customerservice@alphaoutpost.com or call (888) 902-1911 to postpone it.

 

CAN I GET A REFUND?

If you choose to cancel your subscription early, you will be refunded up to 80% of the value for items that have been paid for but have not been shipped.

Items are sold “as-is”, so returned items will not be refunded.  We will not provide refunds for unsatisfactory boxes (if you didn’t like the theme or already own items in it).

If a multiple-quantity subscription order was placed by accident, notify us as soon as possible so that we can cancel the unwanted subscription.  We will not refund for those boxes until they are returned to our warehouse unopened.

 

AN ITEM BROKE OR IS MISSING. CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?

We here at Alpha Outpost are committed to providing you with the products you need every month. We want to make sure no matter what the situation, you come out on top. We want you to go out and make the world your bitch. In order to make this happen our staff of highly skilled, overly motivated, exceedingly good looking shipping staff will be sending out your box and an email notification that the box has left our facility and is on its way. Any broken or missing items will be replaced at no cost to you if we are notified within 15 days after the date of delivery. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR TO OVERSEAS MILITARY ADDRESSES?

We currently ship our boxes within the U.S. and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Just know that it might take a little longer to reach you if you are overseas military.

We are proud Americans and want to make sure all of our brothers serving overseas get their box of manly gear essentials. Nothing is more manly than using some Alpha Outpost gear to kick some terrorist ass. AMERICA.

Currently, we do not ship to international addresses or US Territories. But we will make it known when we do start shipping outside of the US!

 

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

All recurring payments for the Monthly plan are processed at the time of each box’s shipment.  Annual plan members will be charged $499 at the time of sign-up.   All subscriptions are auto-recurring until you cancel.  

 

IS YOUR BILLING SYSTEM SECURE?

It’s as secure as Fort Knox. We use a validated level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider. What does that mean? It means we respect you and take your security very seriously. We also state in our privacy policy that we will never disclose your personal identity or information with anyone.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can cancel at any time by contacting customer service at (888) 902-1911.  

 

HOW DO I UPDATE MY BILLING & SHIPPING INFORMATION?

Log into your account and make any changes you need to! Don’t see all of your subscriptions?  Not to worry, we’ve got your back.  Shoot us an email at customerservice@alphaoutpost.com or call (888) 902-1911.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP IS UP?

You’ll receive a reminder email prior to the 13th month of your membership reminding you of the upcoming renewal.  At the time of shipment, you will be automatically enrolled in a monthly recurring subscription at a discounted rate plus $6.95 for shipping and handling. Recurring charges will be charged to your card on file every month.

 

CAN I PURCHASE PREVIOUS ALPHA OUTPOST BOXES?

We want you to be Alpha. How the hell would you do that without all of our marvelous manly gear? Lucky for you we might be able to help. Once you sign up, you will have instant access to our exclusive members only gear store. We list all available past boxes and gear so you are able to be prepared for any scenario!
